This residential renovation in Irvine, California focused on the transformation of the primary suite, with particular emphasis on the primary bathroom. Developed from real-world product specifications and client-selected finishes, the project required the accurate modeling and visualization of materials, fixtures, cabinetry, and furnishings to ensure both visual fidelity and dimensional coordination throughout the design process.
VANITY & SHOWER PERSPECTIVE
The bathroom combines large-format blue marble-look porcelain slabs with light terrazzo flooring to create a contemporary spa-inspired environment. A frameless walk-in shower with integrated bench seating, freestanding soaking tub, and warm brushed brass fixtures establish a clean and luxurious material palette, while expansive glazing maximizes natural light and strengthens the connection to the surrounding landscape.

Beyond the bathroom renovation, the project included updates to the primary bedroom and exterior façade. All visualizations were developed using manufacturer specifications, product references, and architectural documentation to accurately represent material selections, verify spatial fitment, and support tile quantity calculations and construction planning. The resulting renderings served as both a design decision-making tool and a realistic preview of the completed renovation.
