Sea House reimagines beachfront living as an experience shaped by movement, light, and the natural character of the Persian Gulf. Designed for Jumeirah Bay, the villa embraces the contrast between Dubai’s fast-paced urban growth and the timeless tranquility of the sea, creating a private sanctuary dedicated to rest, reflection, and connection with nature.
POOL & BACKYARD
The architecture draws inspiration from the fluid motion of ocean waves, expressed through sweeping curves, softened edges, and expansive glazing that dissolves the boundary between interior and exterior spaces. From the sculpted facade to the wave-shaped pool, every element is designed to reinforce a sense of calm while celebrating the site's coastal setting.

At the heart of the home is a light-filled central courtyard that introduces nature deep into the interior, while double-height living spaces frame uninterrupted views of the beach and skyline beyond. Generous terraces, rooftop gardens, and resort-inspired amenities extend the living experience outdoors, allowing residents to fully engage with the surrounding landscape.
